This month we're going to discuss how to edit your own, as well as other people's, work. This week we'll be focussing on how to effectively reread your own work.
There are probably two main points at which you edit your work:
1. As you go - this is the rereading you do whilst you are still writing your piece,
2. When you're done - this is the rereading you do after you've finished writing your whole piece.
In the coming days, we'll be discussing both types of rereading and how these help you in the editing process.
For now, start rereading some of the stories you have started in your notebooks. You'll start to pick up on certain things straight away.
Happy writing!
